Henderson has a new master-planned community on the map, and it's already generating a lot of buyer interest. Aries, developed by PulteGroup, spans more than 1,100 acres along the East Lake Mead Parkway corridor near Lake Las Vegas and is planned to eventually include nearly 3,000 homes. For buyers who've felt priced out of Summerlin or the southwest valley, Aries is worth a close look. A Fresh Community Near Lake Las Vegas Aries sits just minutes from Lake Las Vegas and Lake Mead National Recreation Area, with the Las Vegas Strip about 20 minutes away. The community is currently in its early release phase, with Pulte Homes actively selling across several neighborhoods, including Dalea, Desert Mesa, Oasis Canyon, Sora, and Sundale. A 55+ Del Webb neighborhood is planned for the community as well, though it hasn't opened yet. What's Available Now Homes at Aries range from about 1,500 to over 2,500 square feet, with single-story plans starting around $445,000 and larger floor plans starting around $540,000. Builder incentives, including rate buydowns and closing cost contributions, are common during a community's early phases and tend to shrink as later phases release, so early buyers often see the strongest pricing. Parks, Trails, and What's Still to Come Aries is being built as a lifestyle community, not just a collection of houses. Plans call for up to four neighborhood parks along with walking trails throughout the community, phased in as development continues.
